The City provides a parking lot at the corner of East McMackin and North Washington Streets. Long-term parking can be arranged by contacting City Hall at 101 S. Broadway or 618-548-2222 ext. 22. The parking meters were removed in the downtown area several years ago; however, a two hour parking limit exists on the main thoroughfares. Several handicapped parking spaces are provided throughout the downtown area.
