Notice of Foreclosures:
Illinois State Pulbic Act 96-0856 requires banks and lenders to notify the municipality in the event that a residential property will be undergoing foreclosure proceedings. Lenders must also notify the municipality of the confirmation order at the end of the court proceeding.
Notice of Foreclosure, and Notice of Confirmation Order, should be sent to the attention of the City Clerk, as follows:
