WATER AEROBICS
Come prepared to get wet!
Using music to keep everyone's spirits high, participants will be led through a physical workout in the brand new Salem Family Aquatic Center. Participants need not be expert swimmers but should feel comfortable in shoulder high depths. Emphasis will not be on swimming, but on enjoying physical exercise while in the water for this one-hour class.
Classes will meet on Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Registation is required at Salem Family Aquatic Center. A minimum of eight must be registered prior to the first session of the class for the class to be offered.
Session I June 22 through July 1
Session II July 6 through July 15
$36 resident fee/session $45 non-resident fee/session

Yoga Class
Due to the resignation of the Yoga instructor,
the Yoga class scheduled to begin in March has been
cancelled.
