Tap Fees

Residential Tap Fees:

Gas tap:   $900.00  (1/2"  and not more than fifty feet in length)

Water tap: $1,100.00  (3/4"  and not more than fifty feet in length)  

                  $1,400.00  (recommended -1"  and not more than fifty feet in length)

 

The City will maintain the responsibility of running the water and gas lines from the main to the meter.  

 

Sewer tap:  $200.00 (if using a 3/4" water line)

                     $300.00 (if using a 1" water line)

 

The City does not perform sewer taps. The property owner must utilize a licensed plumber and pay all costs. The City's Permit fee is to cover the location and supervision of the work.

 

Commercial Tap Fees:

 

Gas tap:    $3,300.00  (small commercial tap 1" and not more than fifty feet in length)

                   $5,000.00  (large commercial tap 1" and 2" and not more than fifty feet in length)

 

Water tap:  $1,400.00 (1"  and not more than 50 feet in length)

                   $4,300.00 (2"  and not more than 50 feet in length)

                  over 2" cost plus 5%
