In the Downtown TIF and have TIF eligible projects? Submit an application to the City’s Office of Economic Development. If your project is reviewed and approved, you could receive a 50% match of funds up to $10,000. So if you’re looking to do a façade update, add a patio or terrace to your property, or convert that upstairs space into a living unit, reach out.
