Where do I pay my bill?

The City of Salem offers several ways to pay your bill. Customers may pay in person at City Hall, 101 S. Broadway, at the front counter or in the drop box on the north side of the building; online at www.xpressbillpay.com; by phone at 618-548-2222 or by mail.
