Leak Adjustments

In the event that a customer has a water leak, the City offers a one time per rolling year adjustment. Once the leak is repaired, the account holder may contact the Utility Department to request an adjustment by submitting a completed Leak Adjustment Form with supporting documentation (parts receipt, plumber invoice, etc.). The adjustment will be calculated once the usage reading returns to normal. Adjustments are not applied immediately. During the time that the customer is waiting for the adjustment to be processed, the Utility Department can work out a payment arrangement to help offset the unexpected expense.
