Update to Utility Service Requirements

The City of Salem Utility Department will now require all customers that are signing up for services at a rental property to show proof of their lease, rental agreement or written statement from the landlord. Previously they were only required to show photo ID but we have had issues arise that called for a policy update. We feel this is in the best interest of the City as well as the property owners.
